NDIS Revenue Audit Services
A structured review of 12 months of NDIS claims, rosters, and service agreements. We find underclaimed revenue, quantify the dollar value of every gap, and prepare the recovery claims.
What an NDIS Revenue Audit Covers
An NDIS revenue audit is a line by line reconciliation of your claims data against the supports you actually delivered. The goal is to identify every dollar of revenue that was missed, misclassified, or rejected and never resubmitted. We test your claims against the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits, not against a generic accounting model.
Where Providers Lose Revenue
Underclaiming rarely comes from one large error. It comes from dozens of small ones that compound across months. The most common categories we find:
- Shifts delivered but never invoiced due to missing notes
- Weekend and public holiday shifts claimed at weekday rates
- TTP line items billed at the standard rate
- Travel time and non labour costs never claimed
- Short notice cancellations not captured
- Claims rejected once and never resubmitted
- Ratio supports billed at the wrong participant to worker ratio
Our Audit Process
Step 1. Data intake. You send us a read only claim export along with rosters, progress notes, and service agreements for the audit period. We sign a confidentiality agreement before you send anything.
Step 2. Reconciliation. We match every claim line to the corresponding delivery record. Any claim without a roster match is flagged. Any roster without a claim match becomes a recovery candidate.
Step 3. Rule testing. We test every claim against the correct line item code, time band, ratio, and loading. Findings are quantified in dollars.
Step 4. Findings report. You receive a written report inside 5 to 7 business days. It lists every recovery opportunity with the exact dollar value, the supporting evidence, and what needs to happen to claim it.
Step 5. Recovery. If you engage us to recover, we prepare and submit the recovery claims, manage any portal rejections, and track the cash back into your account.
What It Costs
The initial audit is free. You only pay if there is recoverable revenue and you choose to proceed. You pick between a success based fee (a percentage of what we actually recover) or a fixed weekly advisory retainer for ongoing audit and reconciliation.
